HOW TO GET THE GUARANTEE: To qualify, you must be a first time test taker of a U.S. program accredited by the NLNAC or the CCNE who has graduated within 3 months, has attended all four days of our Prep 4-Day Live Course and sat for the RN Boards within 60 days of taking our course. To request a refund, you must send us a copy of your NCLEX® Candidate Diagnostic Profile from the State Board postmarked no later than 45 days after the date of your exam. In addition, no refund can be given without the return of all course materials, including the NCLEX® EXCEL! Q & A Net, and the Student Course Guide. If your request complies with these stipulations, after 4-6 weeks upon receipt of these materials, you should receive a refund.
