If you withdraw your registration, a $99.00 administration fee will be charged. All requests must be in writing 5 business days prior to the start of the course.

If the course has been canceled due to low registration after you have received the Q & A Net, you have 2 choices: either send back the CD (unopened), or keep the CD and $37.50 (discounted price) will be deducted from your refund. If you withdraw your registration after you have received the CD, you will be charged the full retail price of $75.00, if the seal has been broken.

NOTE: When returning products to us via US Mail, be sure to include your name, address and phone number so that you will receive proper credit to your account. In addition, please wrap all products securely as to avoid any postal damage. All refunds will be processed after we have received your returned products.
