Cancellation Policy
If you withdraw your registration, a $99.00 administration fee will be charged. If you have accessed the Q&A Net, your access will expire immediately. If you would like to keep the Q&A Net, you will be charged the full retail price of $99.00, in addition to the cancellation fee.**
All requests must be in writing FIVE BUSINESS DAYS prior to the start of the course. A refund will NOT be issued for withdrawals received within five business days before the course.
*If the course is cancelled due to low registration after you have accessed the Q&A Net, you may keep the Q&A Net access for $49.50. The discounted price will be deducted from your refund.
**Once you have accessed the Q&A Net, the program is non-refundable. There is no individual refund value for these educational tools.
When returning products to us via US Mail, be sure to include your name, address and phone number so that you will receive proper credit to your account. In addition, please wrap all products securely as to avoid any postal damage. All refunds will be processed after we have received your returned products.
